ISO 9001-2000

Akhil Bhartiya Manav Vikas Sanstha is one of the first NGO in the country, which has been certified as ISO 9001-2000 by the International Certifications Services (Asia) Pvt. Limited. We have been able to achieve this high standard of working systems mainly because of clear vision and extremely devoted staff. The institute spares no efforts in achieving its goals with dull enthusiasm, gaining eternal enjoying by offering unselfish services.

The propriety of this Institute is integration of spiritualism with materialistic approach, which offer its services to all, irrespective of caste, creed, sect, religion, region or any narrow walls, and acts independently only on the basis of these basic ideals.

The way of working and systems developed over the years are fully transparent, and involve all concerned trustees, staff and beneficiaries. All activities are undertaken with unanimous decisions, at the periodic managing and working committee meetings, where the agenda and accounts are circulated in advance. Shri Ravindra Mardia firmly believes that the success of any such institute lies in the clarity of thoughts, sincere approach and involvement of all, to inculcate brotherhood and forgiveness, integration and emotions to establish uniformity in diverse society.

Trust Registration

Akhil Bhartiya Manav Vikas Sanstha is Registered with office of the Hon. Charity Commissioner on 21st April, 2003, under the Registration Number E/992/Gandhinagar.

Registration U/s 12AA

Trust has got registration U/s 12AA of Income Tax Act, 1964 with the office of the Commissioner of Income Tax, Gujarat-III, Ahmedabad, vide their Letter No. CIT/GNR/12AA/GN-26/2003-04.

Registration u/s 80G (5)

Trust is given recognition u/s 80G (5) of Income Tax Act, 1961 by the Commissioner of Income Tax, Gujarat – III, Ahmedabad, vide their letter Dated. 25th November, 2003, No. CIT/GNR/80G(5)/GN-32/2003-2004, which is valid from 21ST April, 2003 to 31st March 2008.

FCRA Registration

The Trust has already applied for the registration under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976, and the Certificate is expected shortly.

Registration U/S 35 AC

Registration U/S 35 AC of the Income Tax Act, for 100% Exemption to the Donors, is in progress and certificate is expected shortly.
