Free distribution of notebooks to female students.
Education is the base of all happiness and peace, for any individual or country. In recent years a great deal of toil and perspiration have been made for the global issue called “Woman empowerment”. It has been universally accepted that women are in no way lacking behind men, provided that they are given equal opportunity. Global thinkers say ”to educate a women is a multifarious benefit like eradication of illiteracy, population control, drug addiction relief, environment preservation and decrease in social and family crimes and so on. It is seen now a days that some women have not only progressed to match the males, but also surpassed them. It is accepted that women also can equally contribute in the socio-economical development of the country. In view of this, Akhil Bhartiya Manav Vikas Sanstha has decided to distribute free note-books to female students of primary schools under the scope of institute with a view to motivate them towards literacy.
More than 50,000 notebooks have been distributed during the current year and it is intended to expand this scheme yet more. Among the adopted Talukas like Malpur, Meghraj, Talod, Bayad, Prantij, are having very low literacy rate, even less than 30%. So it is decided to offer them greater support. Some schools have been supplied computers by the institute. The small kids are attracted to schools and motivated to learn with incentives like school bags, slates etc., distributed by the institute. The rank holders in SSC & HSC Board exams of each of the 10 Talukas, are facilitated & awarded at public gatherings, by the institute to motivation and increase the educational competitiveness.
Computer Distribution
In recent days, the word “Computer” is becoming very popular even among the rural people. They are used everywhere and in every business. So computer awareness is very important in day to day life. Its benefits and utility should be known to everyone. Job opportunities exist for data feeders, and other computer related work. Thousands of students are benefited by basic computer education in primary schools.
Our Organisation has undertaken the task for computer awareness in primary schools and various Panchayats. Under the scheme Sanstha has already distributed more than 65 Computers in various primary schools, Gram Panchayat offices and also a few in Secondary Schools.
Tejasvi Tarla Samaroh
To encourage students to take more interest in studies, our organisation publicly honours the bright students achieving 1st, 2nd and 3rd rank in each Taluka. Such students are honoured in public at a huge function every year. Such function is attended by leading personalities and educationists, who give valuable advice and encouragement to students, thus motivating for higher education. The institute also plans to provide scholarship to really needy and bright students for their higher education. The institute also conducts free tuition classes for the needy students. Last year more than 600 students took advantages of such ABMVS tuition classes.
